Our own Erica Buckley recently sat down with Joe Clemens on KXRW’s The Common Good to share the story behind Buckley & Associates and what drives our approach to personal injury law.
Founded in 1983 by Erica’s father James, our firm has grown from a small practice built on trust and word-of-mouth into a team serving clients from three locations across Washington—Vancouver, Tacoma, and Renton. Erica spoke about how a childhood road trip opened her eyes to the gap between those who have access to resources and those who don’t, inspiring her lifelong commitment to helping injured individuals and their families get the support they deserve.
During the interview, Erica highlighted one of the things we’re most proud of: our multilingual team, which includes staff fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Korean, Ukrainian, and Russian. We believe that truly serving our community means meeting people where they are—not just geographically, but culturally and linguistically.
Erica also shared some important advice for Washington drivers: check your auto policy for Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UIM) coverage. These protections can make all the difference if you’re ever injured in an accident.
If you have questions about your coverage or need legal help after an injury, we’re here for you—give us a call at 1-800-404-6200.
