Mary Zhu
Mary Zhu came to the United States from Beijing, China where she originates. She graduated from Central Washington University as an accounting major. Mary continued her education at Seattle Pacific University receiving her Masters in Business Administration in 1991.
Ms. Zhu has worked for Buckley & Associates since 1993. She has been a paralegal at Buckley & Associates for over 20 years. She worked as an accountant prior to becoming a paralegal. At the office, Ms. Zhu works primarily with Chinese clients, and is proud that her bilingual ability enables her to serve the Chinese community.
Winnie Qiu
Winnie Qiu has been with the company since 2007. She is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Winnie assisted over 1,000 personal injury cases which included motor vehicle accident, wrongful death, dog bite, and slip and fall. She started as a Case Manager at Buckley & Associates since 2007. She was promoted to be a Paralegal due to her outstanding performance. It is her desire to keep serving our clients and fight for the justice. Winnie enjoys spending time with her family. She has a travel bucket list, and she hopes to visit every single country on her list.
James Lee

Kelly Villatoro
Kelly Villatoro, whose family roots are in Honduras, has over two years of experience as a paralegal, bringing a background in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University to our personal injury law firm. Kelly applies his analytical skills and attention to detail to support our legal team in achieving favorable outcomes. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Kelly prioritizes clear communication and availability, ensuring our clients are well-informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Outside of work, he plays the piano at his local church, enjoys weight training, has a passion for photography, loves playing video games, and enjoys reading.
